REDCHILLIDEALS - PATHETIC doesn't even describe it

<p>On the 15th july 2016, we placed an order with redchillideals.co.za</p> <p>It was an online order for 2 vaccume cleaners that were on a special.</p> <p>On the 23rd July 2016, we received a confirmation that our order is in the process of being shipped (Keep in mind that this company is based in Johannesburg and we live in Johannesburg as well) and that we will received a waybill number as soon as it leaves the warehouse.</p> <p>1 week later and nothing was received or communicated since. My husband has sent emails to the company after always being unsuccessful of getting hold of them. Moe rep**** and said it will take up to 10 working days. After 10 days had gone by NOTHING AGAIN... I made a call to 011 ********** </p> <p>(the number given on their website.) I tried calling over 7 times holding each time for +- 6 or 7minutes eventually getting through on the 8th attempt a guy by the name of Sadiq answered. I gave him the order number and explained the situation to him. He said that they were waiting for stock to arrive and would get it and send it by the afternoon 27th July 2016! He also said that someone will give my husband a call. Only an email was sent with empty promises because It is now the 2nd August! It is about making the customer feel valued and ensuring that they are updated so that they can be rest assured that the company they are buying from is one that they can trust and have no reservations about.</p> <p> </p> <p>This company should read under the ABOUT US section:</p> <p> *we take peoples money and do not send them their goods.</p> <p>*We are full of empty promises WHEN we do bother to reply</p> <p>*We do not answer our phones during the working hours as we claim</p> <p>*We are pathetic when it comes to customer service.</p> <p>*If you dont mind being ********** we are the company for you!!</p>
