Red chilli details not providing feedback about item ordered and paid for in December 2023

On the 15 the December 2023 I ordered items and I paid by the 19th and I saw on the site that deals ordered after 12th of December 2023 would be processed and dispatched in early Jan 2024, to date I have not received any correspondence and I have emailed them 6 times and attached proof of payment of R2570 but no response only an automated message saying I'll be contacted but still nothing. I then sent them 2 Facebook messenger messages and again an automated message but no feed back yet.
