What a *******. I have been trying for 7 days to speak to someone regarding a faulty 1000w inverter. We used it once and the fans stopped working. I requested a replacement or a refund but to date nobody bothered to get in touch with me. I would not recommend any body to buy any technology from them online. There is no aftersales service at all.
