RED CHILLI DEALS SELLS S**** (*******)

I placed order order #17201 on the Red Chilli Deals website on 25th November 2022 for a 'Adjustable Table Desk Stand with Wheels'. The item which I saw on the website and ordered, was not delivered to me. The item which I ordered compared to that which was delivered to me was fundamentally different, not just in colour but in design as well. I am convinced that the item that was delivered to me was not new, but used. The item was not packaged well at all as I could hear the metal panels banging and clanking together in the boxed package. When I opened the package, I saw that the metal panels were scratched and dented. I learned that I would have to pay for the cost of returning the item. I searched the web for reviews of products sold by Red Chilli Deals and was horrified to find a large number of negative reviews. Red Chilli Deals has a long history of atrocious customer service and ********** marketing practices. One Deal A Day is the same company as Red Chilli Deals. Had I known this, I would never have purchased from Red Chilli Deals.
