Red Chilli Deals and Churchills International Express apparently don't deliver to deaf people

<p>For more than a week I have been battling to have a purchase from Red Chilli Deals, couriered by Churchills International Express, delivered.</p> <p>Churchills International Express apparently do not deliver to deaf people as they keep inisisting I am "not available" for delivery because I do not answer my cellphone. I have clearly stated that I am hearing disabled and only use a cellphone for SMS, but to no avail.</p> <p>I have been at the delivery address every day, all day, but this does not make me "available" as far as they are concerned.</p> <p>Red Chilli Deals are simply ignoring my plight, even though it is their choice of courier. They do not even bother to reply to my emails.</p>
