Red Chilli Con Deals

Purchased a LED Pulse Oximeter from Red Chilli Deals 2021/06/30 and received the goods on 2021/07/07. The display was faulty and emailed them accordingly to return the goods and provide refund. No response after 30 emails. Contacted there help desk customer support system ZENDESK on Messenger and received a reply from ANEES on 2021/07/29 stating that I may return the faulty goods under stipulated conditions to receive a full refund and assuring the following; "Customer service is of utmost importance to us". More than 30 emails later and countless correspondence with ZENDESK who responses with "We do apologize for the hassle", which has apparently a 95% customer satisfaction rate. I have come to the conclusion that I have been conned. I find this disgusting as this is a medical device that can save a life, and being taken advantage of in a pandemic. Please take my advice and don't deal with these con artists, rather deal with Takealot or Loot who have a proper customer call centre and give excellent service.
