Poor service

<p>I bought a Dent remover Divice online fron Red Chilli Deals on 28th November 2016.</p> <p>Order number 38058.</p> <p> </p> <p>It was delivered and i Tried using it 11 December 2016. The devise did not work at at all.</p> <p> </p> <p>It does not heat-up as per brochure specification. I escalated this matter to RedChilli Deals online as there is no contact number on there website.</p> <p>This was escalated numerous times with the first being on the 12th of December 2016 request either for a replacement or refund.</p> <p> </p> <p>one Automated acknowledgemnt was received with no responds or feedback at all.</p> <p> </p> <p>This is poor service and my Online bying experience from this company has takne a serious dent. I will seriously reconcider my deralind with them if this matter is not resolved. This is bad!!!!!!!!</p> <p> </p> <p> </p>
