Personal service from owner

<p>I am ordering for quite some time from Red Chillie deals. My latest order for a 8Channel CCTV system was deliverd wrong to me. I received an 4 channel in the box. I contacted Anees - the owner and explain the problem. He personally went to the supplier and got the correct 8 channel CCTV box for me and make sure that it was handed to me.
