Pathetic Customer service

Very pathetic customer service. I ordered 2 Aroma Humidifiers and 1 did not work. I have been emailing and after a few emails, I managed to get a response which went like this.....'I will send you a video via whatsapp on how to use the humidifier.' I am still waiting a week later for this video and I honestly don't need to be shown how to use the machine, I am using the other one already. I have sent a few more emails to them and still waiting on a reply. I want my money back! I will not be ordering from them again. Pathetic!
