No response...on useless product

I have tried to contact Red Chilli Deals 5 times about a product that simply does not do what it claims to do. Its an infra red mosquito catcher and it has not caught 1 mosquito in 3 months (and I keep getting bitten). The product is a ****. I have followed instructions and even had the product in a small bathroom with doors and windows closed with a mosquito inside all night. Next morning the mozzie was still happily flying around. I want my money back!
