NO CUSTOMER SERVICE FOR FAULTY GOODS DELIVERED

This website of their's OneDealADay is such a ****... Items were delivered to me with 1 item not in working order... I sent 3 mails to them from the day of delivery, with absolutely no response... I had to track by myself that OneDealADay is actually run by Red Chilli Deals... I made contact with Anees via email, who advised that the item will be collected from me and refunded, or if i want a replacement, i have to pay for courier charges? Honestly, what ******* is that? i ordered 2 items for my 2 kids and paid a single courier fee... Now for them to replace 1 item, i must pay a courier fee? Never again would i buy off this site, just no customer service at all... now i understand why they don't have any contact number on their website, they probably can't cope and don't know how to handle complaints from customers...
