No customer service

If I could give them zero, I would. It's been more than 5 months since I've ordered by Memory bank from RedChilli Deals via Onedealaday (stay away). Had to send a video showing that it is not working (several times). Rose, confirmed on the 30th of March that they have received video etc and confirmed collection. That was done 3rd April23. Since then, as can be expected from a 'no service' company - NOTHING. No response on emails to Rose or any other consultant from Red Chilli Deals. Definitely a NO GO for this company...
