No Customer Service at All

I purchase a small portable fan, it worked for less than 10 minutes and stopped working, utter *******, you should be ashamed to sell such junk. I want my money back. I'm not prepared to pay courier fees to send the item back, as your delivery fees are expensive as it is! Fix this asap. I email and have whatsapp'ed them six times in total with absolutely no response, totally useless!!! Never buy from them!!!
