My Parcel is drinking Cosmo's on the Tugela

<p>2nd review today.</p> <p>Lets do this.</p> <p>So i ordered some items on the 10th of Jan 2017. As per the normal delivery agreement, expect 10 days for delivery. Not phased as the delivery time has usually been pretty good and normal. I say usually becuase i have been purchasing from them since the 1st September 2015. Every delivery, all 5 of them, have been to the exact same address. Even since they switched to Churchills International.</p> <p>Sorry for the detour. Back to the main story.</p> <p>Come the 23rd of Jan, I decide to follow up on the tracking details of the package. To my suprise, my parcel is sipping Cosmo's on the banks of the Tugela river. This wouldn't be a problem if I lived there ,except I don't. I live in Joburg.</p> <p>Churchills gave me the number to call so I did. The lady on the phone said it was my postal code problem. Remember earlier I mentoned the address hasn't changed since 2015. Yup. My thoughts too. She also tried to say it is a new courier. Remember what i said earlier. Yup. FYI, their system, autofills your address after a certain point.</p> <p>She says she will arrange it to be sent to the correct address. Yes, yes, yes. Can't expect miracles in 3 days. No correspondance from them as of yet. And as my previous post will explain, you really need to chase them for service.</p> <p>At least now I know that the gift in there for my Fiance's birthday won't arrive in time. Backup plan here we come.</p> <p> </p> <p>Maybe some help....???</p>
