Misleading Product: Tom Cat 3D "not Fabulous" Kiddies Tablet
<p>This is the worst product ever bought on Red Chilli Deals. They now expect me to cover the courier cost to send back and I have 1 day left. Faiza, the Admin lady told me there's nothing wrong with the product as it is in a working condition. The problem i have with this kiddies tablet is the following: Instructions on box scripted in poor English. Sentences formed poorly. Incorrect spelling of words. Since when is "said" "SDID"?? The speaker quality is horrible and almost impossible to understand clearly. The list goes on...Now I am stuck with a terrible useless product!!</p>
Recently I posted and shared my bad customer experience after buying a Tom Cat Tablet online from Red Chilli Deals. The very next day I received a call from the Director Anees who apologised for the incident and gave me a full refund on purchase without having to return the Tablet. He also advised the lady who caused my distress is facing disciplinary action as he was only made aware of the incident via my Hellopeter post. Thank you Anees. Much appreciated. Word of advice: Please screen your suppliers properly as they will eventually cause your ratings regarding Customer Experiences. And good luck growing your business! Regards, Renaldi
