Manager hasnt called back in 2days already

I have called several times in the past 2 days and get told every time a manager will get back to me which never happens. Watch was falsely advertised and i want to send it back but dont feel its my duty to pay for delivery due to the fault being on their side. watch was bought on one deal a day (Red chilli deals) and clearly stated it counts steps and distance but this is not the case. it only counts steps. we also only have limited days to return products so the fact that no manager is around EVER nor calls you back makes this time limit even more stressful. the consultant today was also very rude telling me if i have an issue at pick n pay i have to return the product. yes pick n pay is a store not an online store miles away (CPT to JHB) i cant just return walk in and return a product like i can at pick n pay
