Lack of communication on timelines

I placed an order with the above company it's been a week and there is no update on the order, their wedsite still inidicates the order is still being procced, I send them an email to follow up only to be rep**** by an automated email that informs me i will only get assistance after 48- 72 hours. The contact number on t he website rings with no response to it.

Hello Peter please assist me in getting this company to delivere what i ordered or give me a full refund of my money
