I've purchased a 1000W inverter from them

I've purchased a 1000W inverter from them. Fan stopped working after 1 day. Been trying to get hold of them for over a week via WhatsApp and e-mail, to no avail. After sales service is pathetic. No feedback whatsoever. They just keep replying on WhatsApp to wait for feedback, which doesn't happen.
