Ice cold service

<p>Purchased an item 13 days ago and still waiting for a tracking number. Have requested feedback but just get an automated mail response that states that they will endeavour to address my mail in the next 48 hours. Pathetic service and I will definately not ever use them again as there are many other online sites who are eager to give far better service.</p>
