Horrific After Sales Service

<p>So I did not run here first. I have given them 2 weeks to resolve the issue, which clearly is not a priority for them. I logged a service request on their webiste. I got the standard reply of 48 - 72 hours. Not a problem. The next day (Friday 13th Jan) I get a message saying that the consultant who will help will contact me on Monday (16th Jan) to help resolve the issue. I hear nothing for a few days, the 19th I ask what is happening. 23rd I get redirected the the Original consultant who is suppossed to help me. Nothing.</p> <p>So the 24th I log a service issue on there website again for assistance, with the message stating i will do this every hour until i get assistance. 2 hours later, I get contacted.</p> <p>Surprise? No. The same consultant as my first complaint will contact me.</p> <p>Here I sit waiting once again for assistance...</p> <p>Maybe bad ratings get a response? Lets See...</p>
