Good customer service

<p>I recently bought the 6 axis drone from the online site and after recieving i realised the unit was defective . The customer service person contacted me during and after working hours to make arrangement for a replacement unit . He was professional and understanding towards my concerns and frustration. The problem was sorted out swiftly and this gave me great peace of mind about the company that I was dealing with .... Well Done Red Chilli Team on excellent customer service !!</p>
