False and deceptive online service

Bought a pair of unicorn slippers for my wife. I specifically asked for a size. When the goods came, I received the wrong size. After many strenuous communication regarding a swop for the right size, the manager Mr Anees called to reassure that he will collect the item and refund the money to me. This was all due to my wife's complaints on social media and the poor service and response from his company. This was (2) two weeks ago. Since then, no collection or communication. Again poor service. I certainly will not be purchasing anything again from then and would like to warn others that their service is deplorable and not allighned to customer satisfaction. Once your payment is done say goodbye to any customer reassures or warranty that comes with product.
