False advertising

I placed two online orders with OneDealaDay / "RedChil****eals. The first one on the 24/11/2017 and the second on the 25/11/2017. On purchase they inform you that the delivery can take between 5 and 8 working days. Today '06/12/2017' is the 8th working day and today I received an email stating that my order will be shipped (!) and the parcel will be delivered between 3 - 6 working days! I called the number stated in the email and was told they had not ever received my order for delivery yet. What a load of ******* is this. I gave myself enough time to get the order delivered before I go on leave and now I am not going to be here if they do deliver. These orders were meant to be xmas gifts now I will have to go out and buy other gifts as these people have **** and taken my money. I will never ever buy from them again.

I just had a call from the owner who has promised me that my delivery will definitely be made by the latest Monday 11 December 2017. He did take the time to explain how busy they are and are trying their best to get the orders out as soon as possible by also employing additional people to help with the load. This is job creation and is excellent for the economy. Anees, thank you for taking the time out of your very busy schedule to call me. I really do appreciate it.

And true to his word the owner of the company personally delivered my order to my office on Friday 08 Dec 2017. Thank you and I really do appreciate you taking time out of your very busy day to deliver my order. I will definitely be ordering from you again as you personally take the time to very quickly sort out any problems that are brought to your attention. Thank you Anees
