Excellent customer query handling

My order was delayed by over a month because one of the items was out of stock.<br> <br> After complaining about the delayed order, RedChilliDeals responded very quickly - shipped the items that were in stock and less than a week later the item that was out of stock was delivered for free using a faster courier service.<br> <br> My suggestion that they improve their automated email to be more informative of the cause of delays.
