Defective product & no response to my complaints

My order was fulfilled, even thought it took 16 days. The product I purchased is defective and I have no way of returning it for another or getting my money back. 1. Part of my order was a DVR kit. The internal hard drive does not work - it is in permanent error state, which renders this purchase useless - it cannot record or playback as advertised. It cannot even hold an internet connection, so cannot even be viewed remotely. 2. It is not the same product as advertised. 3. My initial complaint was responded to unsatisfactorily - they claim the unit does not come with a hard drive. If this is the case, the product cannot do as it claims. I have since sent 3 emails to Red Chilli, however have not had a response. 4. The product claims to come with a remote, however none was in the packaging.
