Damaged/Used goods received & poor customer service

<p>I purchased an item from Red Chilli Deals for the first time. It was a dash cam. I received the parcel to find that it looked if the packaging had been opened. When I removed the dash cam from the packaging it looked if the item had been used. The screen had scratch marks on it and what looks like a feint crack on the outer cover of the screen. I emailed them at ********** />I included photos with this. <br />Whithin 4 hours I received an automated response and a response from a someone stating:</p> <p>"My colleague sadiq, whose in charge of returns, will assist you with your matter</p> <p>Apologies for any inconvenience caused"<br />Three weeks later and I am yet to hear from Sadiq. Maybe so many people have been receiving and wanting to send back used/damaged items that Sadiq has a massive backlog.</p>
