COMPLAINT AND CONCERN

I placed an order with the above company it's been more than a week and there is no update on the order, their website still shows the order is being procced, I send them two emails to follow up only to be rep**** by an automated email that informs me I will only get assistance after 48- 72 hours. There is no contact number that allows contact.

Hello Peter please assist me in getting this company to deliver what my order or give me a full refund of my money
