Clueless

One deal a day which is apparently part of them is completely clueless. Order and pay for an item.. Payment confirmed on my profile account and notification of courier delivery with tracking number received..A week later suddenly 2 reminder emails for urgent payment on the same amount but for 2 different order numbers, neither of which appear in my profile account. Check with the courier where my paid order is... only to be told that they have never received the item.. Conveniently no contact phone number available for onedealaday.. Only online query which will or will not be answered as and when it suits them.
