Cheap and incorrect product

I bought a product from Red Chilli Deals for my Samsung Note 4, when it arrived it was the incorrect product for my Note 4 (there is a sicker stuck over the box suggesting it is for me phone) it is actually for IP 4G/4S/5G. I called and called until finally a product was sent and again the incorrect one. I called again and was told someone would contact me... no call ! I emailed and not reply so now I sit with a useless product I have paid R150 for. I had might as well had given the money to someone on the street.<br> Goed koop is eintelik duur koop!<br> Would love to upload a pic so you can see the sticker on the box covering the actual product name that is useless to me.
