Horrible reception treatment

We were at Red Cap lodge/Ranch during the week,the place is amazing it has so much to do with beautiful chalets and a great pool area,But it has horrible service when i say horrible service I am talking about the reception people which were so rude and undermined us because of our age they talked to us as if we were not guests or paid to be there,which i did not appreciate at all,to be specific who it was a white lady and white guy who were working on the 4th of November 2020,But the ladies and gentleman who work as ground people E.g room service,maintence,etc they were great help to us and treated us with respect.which I appreciated.
