Unsatifactory service and flat can of Red bull

What a disappointment from firstly a red bull can I bought to the service that i still have not received after calling Red Bull Umhlanga to complain that I had to take back 2 cans of Red bull from Spar Mega City sìnce they were flat. Im still waiting for Kirsten Wienand to call me and a Red bull agent to come collect the can i was told to put away. Its been a week waiting for someone to attend to my complaint.
