TERRIBLE SERVICE AFTER PAYING FOR BAD PICTURES

I won a photo shoot at RED N BLACK studios. I called immediately to confirm and to make booking arrangements.<br> My boyfriend and I went for the shoot on the 17th of October. When we got there we were told you pay R100 extra for each person you bring to join you on the shoot, we paid. <br> After the shoot we viewed and selected the pictures we liked, we selected 14 photos and the lady (Stacey) helping us view persuaded me to go take other pictures after I had removed their makeup to add on the photos and make a package of 20 photos and then pay R950 cash, we were reluctant to pay but ended up paying as Stacy kept on persuading us to take the 20 photo package. We had a few concerns with the pictures which we discussed with Stacey and she said she'll have the pictures edited and email them to us by Friday, 23 October but to date I have not received anything.<br> I sent an email on the 28th of October 2015, again on the 17th of November 2015. I just called them this morning and spoke to Anna who advised their media team will only be available on Wednesday and she will get back to me then?<br> <br> What did we pay the R950 for, for bad quality pictures, bad makeup and HORRIBLE service after paying!
