NO REFUND AND NO CHAIRS

Good Morning Ismail<br> <br> With Great Unpleasantness from your Team I am sending you this e-mail today.<br> I am awaiting a refund due to me from Red-apple after given the run around for stock you guys don't have which I was never told.I contacted Red apple and liaised with Joyce whom I placed a order with for bar Chairs after the 1st order I received was a mess.Joyce and Ishah or something like that confirmed that there were 11 chairs available and my chairs would be delivered on the 10.3.2016 provided payment for them are made upfront. I had made the payment and to date I don't have the chairs nor my money back.<br> Masood and Joyce are the unprofessional people I ever came across in my life who'd rather chase away clients as opposed to retain clients. They are not Client service orientated are in the wrong field. <br> I called Masood Yesterday and he promised to call me back and that he would contact the back to confirm where my money is sitting according to him the refund was made. To date he never called me back and rejects my calls when calling him.<br> Last week Wednesday I was in the Store and He nor Joyce could give me a proper answer as to what is going on ,
