Don't take responsibility

On the 15th July I logged a complaint with Shafiqah at Red apple about a kids bed I had bought less then a year ago. The frame of the head board was coming off. They send the driver to exchange it with a head board that was damaged on the exact place.<br> I called them and told them I would not accept it. They took it back. To this very day they are taking me from pillar to post. Two beds are damaged. They promised to replace the beds and they haven't done so. I went to the shop.and Shafiqah was arrogant and made me wait for nothing. It's 5 months now and I still haven't heard of a plan of action. Their service is disgusting and their furniture just as bad as their attitude.
