Unprofessional. We waited 3 hrs to do the photoshoot.

Worst experience ever

We had a 11am booking we only stated the photoshoot at 2pm. They made us wait for 3 hrs. No one communicates to say why they behind schedule they merely make you wait

The staff has so much attitude and they are not helpful, they don't treat you like you are a customer

They treat you as if they are doing you a favour

I'm so shocked that they were this unprofessional. How do they make people wait for such a ridiculous time

They pretend to work according to appointments but they just lie to get you to their studio
