Rude managing director and poor service

<p>On the 21st of March we went for a Photoshoot at Red and Black studios. They have a 14 day turn around time to get the printed pictures. So after the 14days I received a email to pick up my pictures when we got there two weeks after the email my pictures we're still not ready for collection. I then was promised to receive it the next day more like a month later. Only for half the package to be delivered. The other half took another month to be delivered after endless emails and phone calls. Yet the pictures we're not like I requested for it to be I requested for the orange in the pictures to be stabilized. I didn't feel like emailing the studio again to complain as my experience was horrific. Then I spoke to the owner Michael that swore me over the phone and still never apologized and they think another photo shoot will make everything better if a company gives bad service and they are a referral based company bad reviews can tarnish there brand well Michael didnt think about that instead he uses foul language (**** you ) the same customer that spent 5700rand at there studio. I will never advise anyone to go there. </p>
