Some time in mid December I called Red and Black Studio to set up an appointment for a pregnancy shoot, I spoke to Carine who gave me an appointment for the 21st of December 12:00, when we arrived there, the place was packed to an overflow, I was then told that they had people booked for the 22rd as well which meant they over booked themselves. Well I did my shot and upon paying R900 I was told that my pictures were to be edited then sent to my email address or whatsapp number no later than Monday the 23rd of December. Unfortunately they didn't send my pictures to the email address and number I had provided so I called Carine again to find out why haven't they delivered from their side? She was already out of the country so we could only communicate by whatsapp. She promised to relay my message to someone that was still in South Africa, the other lady called me and gave me a hell of an attitude. I was in hospital at that time so I had to cut the call short because she was very rude. I sent them messages addressing her rudeness and the last text from her was that "You will get your pictures on the 7th of January 2020, sorry for the inconvenience." I had to call them again on the 8th because my pictures weren't sent to me and no one bothered to take me serious, I sent them my banking details to say since they don't want to send my pictures, can they refund me my money. Nobody did that.

I need these people exposed, I will also be paying them a visit with my legal team for this unsatisfactory service!
