Rednblack's corn and **** trick

These people are totally un professional we had a shoot dome with them in 2016 and made a card payment on the day of R1000 for the pictures I have been trying to get them to send me the banking details for the longest time so I could pay the R800 balance to get my Portrait as well as the rest of my photos and they have fail to respond, I recently when through to their offices and spoke to stacey who assured me that should I send her the communication she will provide me with feed back after going through their files.... She then called me after 2weeks of me waiting for her feedback and asking her what the status is on my query and as rude as she can be shouting at me and telling me that I have not provided her with enough to go on. She would not even let me get a work in and just took off at me with no explanation what so ever. this to me seems like Childish and unprofessional behavior. How is one dealing with people but running their service like a bunch of corn Artists.
