RednBlack Studio ****mers

RednBlack studio is a bunch of ****mers. I paid for a photoshoot last year, to this date I have not received my refund. On the day of the photoshoot I called and they did not answer their phones, I kept on calling and they finally answered few days later. They then advised that they had issues with lights of which I believe its a lie, I am the one who has been going after them. They asked if I could reschedule but I was already out of the province, till date they haven't refunded me. They are ignoring me. Kindly DO NOT use their services as they are ****mers posing as a reputable company.
