Highly Disappointed
<p>Last Year (2016) September/October my husband and I went for a photo shoot at red an black studios for a "pregnancy shoot"</p> <p>All was well and good and we decided to pay the full amount of R1500. the lady there (Stacey) promised that we would get our pictures in 2-3 weeks time.</p> <p>As im sure you can guess that never happened.</p> <p>We had to keep calling and emailling and whatsapping back and forth in order to get the photos.</p> <p>We finally got the photos which had not been edited as we were promised. We made them aware of this and again there was back and forth communication with alot of empty promises.</p> <p>Then another set of pictures came back but they actually looked like worse then the first batch, it was like</p> <p>they just added paint in the background which was something I could have done myself on the computer really.</p> <p>They promised we would get a free frame (that im not really worried about its free we havent recieved that either.</p> <p>All in all I would like Red and Black Studios to fix our pictures edit them and make them them look as professional as their website and promise.</p> <p>Its 6/7 months later and still no progress, this is beyond bad service.</p> <p> </p> <p>Highly Disappointed</p> <p>Mandisa</p> <p> </p>
