Disorganized

They overbooked people for one session and we had to wait 1h30 before doing the shoot, we had babies and kids, they got really restless and tired because of the long wait. They did not deliver the photos on time as they had promised, we ended up calling them and threatening to fetch our money. I mean it was a birthday photoshoot, but photos came 12days after my birthday had passed, what a shame.
