Midrand branch ignoring calls. terrible service.

The branch has been having problems with a new phone system that has been installed. 30 Nov 2021, 13:34Rectron service/ reception staff deliberately transferred calls all over to different departments and then eventually they stopped answering calls. Unprofessional and inefficient.
