ONE STAR IS STILL TO MUCH

I bought my mother a RCT Megapower inverter and within 3 month it was not working as it should.

the only thing that was plugged into the Megapower 1000w was my mothers TV

I went to Builders that informed me that the battery only has 3month guaranty and the inverter 1year and because of stage 6 load shedding the batteries DOES not last. when its stage 6.

but we can have them replace the battery with a lithe\IUm battery.

I cant get hold of Rectron they do not answer their phones in Gauteng PLEASE DO NOT BUY THE RCT MEGAPOWER WASTE OF MONEY FOR R8500

Thank you Ian. Appriciate your responds. I did take it in and they did replace the battery, at no cost. The service at your office in Midrand was excellent.
The inverter is working 100%
