Pathetic service , faulty hardware , no feedback

I am an IT company , i purchased from these guys more than 200k stock on ongoing basis however i constantly have to follow up , When stock eventually arrived they sent them with faulty chip and gave me a further ETA of more than a month , this has happened now a few times with these guys , very unreliable , my customer ended up finding the product significantly cheaper online and has lost trust in my business because of these guys .
