Pathetic Product Backup
Bought an RCT inverter just 3 months ago and it is already dying within half an hour on a full charge. Tried calling the Midrand branch as per instructions from the technical department at Incredible Connection Mall of Africa and i cannot get a hold of anyone! Read the reviews and i would like a refund as it seems both the product and the customer service is pathetic.

Because of the current load shedding schedule we are getting a high incident of failures, mainly due to batteries not being able to recharge in our "power on" times.
