NO SERVICE DELIVERY!!! JUST HORRIBLE!!!!

Probably the worst company I have delt with in my life. My account manager is never at work making it nearly impossible to get any type of service out of anyone. I have been requesting tracking details for over a week for my order but no one is able to help me. I have delt more with reception than any other person in the company.

I will be closing my account as soon as my order is fulfilled. Rectron does not deserve our business. They do not give a F&*k as long as they get money. I have sent emails, left messages, called and prayed to the mythical logistics gods for anyone to assist me but nothing, Not even a "sorry we don't want to assist you.....NOTHING" At least send me a please call me just to let me know that there is someone alive there.
