Going above and beyond! What a pleasure to deal with Rectron!

I would just like to take a moment to give praise where it is needed. Specifically, I'd like to Thank Hein Esterhuysen, Frans Smit, and Hannetjie Joubert for taking the time to go the extra mile, and ensuring that I am sorted out.

A few weeks ago, one of my CORSAIR RAM modules went faulty, and even though I did not purchase it directly from Rectron, they permitted me to bring it to them directly. The RAM was found to be faulty, but could no longer be exchanged for the same speed, as that speed had since been discontinued.

Hein made a plan to take back all my other modules as well, and swop all of them for the latest version of CORSAIR RAM, at a faster speed. Hein even went so far as to follow up a couple of weeks later to make sure that I was 100% sorted and satisfied, and that my PC was running without issue.

This level of service is truly exemplary, and I am so thankful to Hein and his team! Thanks guys! You truly are awesome, and I'd like to thank you from the bottom of my heart for the effort and patience you have displayed. I wish all companies could be this great to deal with.
