bad service rude staff

Unfortunately, due to bad service received I have made the decision and have told my staff to purchase from another suppliers Who matched the prices. The order was a small order for R22,710.20 After our conversation with the branch Manager and yourself The sales person Kavitha in question called our partners with which we have a close relationship in working together . I received a call from the director last night himself , the sales person Kavitha Referred to me as a salesperson who **** I was rude Calls are recorded

I am appalled at level of service and behavior Even after our conversation The amazing part of all this is... all I wanted was a specs sheet and to ask a question about dimensions for our server installation as our admin staff were busy .
