Warranty department is terrible

Awful warranty department. They hang up or simply refuse to answer calls. If they refuse to answer I get forwarded back to the receptionist. She has taken my information twice now to ask them to call back. Nothing yet. I have sent two emails to Mandy with no response. 3 weeks I have been waiting without any information whatsoever.
