Battery lead time for Sony laptop is 1 month

Delivered Sony laptop on Thursday 2 July 15<br> Received quote on 3 July advising battery needs replacement. Advise to repair on 3 July.<br> Pre-payed for the repairs on 7 July to enable supplier to order the part. as they wont order without payment received in full.<br> Inquired about progress on 21 July, no part yet.<br> Laid complaint to Rectron on 23 July with same day reply with some excuse about new shipping regulations for air freighting batteries. I asked them to courier one as this delay is problematic for me as CEO of our company and advised them this is delaying my business trip to China..<br> Latest advice battery will be at Rectron on 31 July and ignored my request to expedite.
